WHO WE ARE

The Mission Church Youth Group is a ministry that aims to bring the Gospel to all youth and see many come to salvation in Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make disciples of all the youth! At the heart of this is teaching the Word of God to the next up and coming generation, and to teach them to adopt biblical principles that will help them to grow and mature as they move forward in life. To do this, we aim to establish a welcoming environment where youth can build confidence, develop their talents, and make a positive impact in their communities. Through impactful events, programs and mentorship, we encourage every youth to discover their purpose in Christ and to see salvation for this generation!

WHAT’S HAPPENING IN YOUTH

There’s always something exciting happening in the MC Youth group! From games and activities to youth conventions, mission trips and Friday night gatherings, we offer opportunities for youth to connect, learn, and grow in their faith. In the youth group, youth are taught to think biblically and critically about the culture and different topics that are relevant to youth today. Join us for upcoming events, Friday nights, and fun activities designed to inspire fellowship, discipleship, and the worship of God!

ABOUT THE YOUTH DIRECTOR

Julian Diaz

Julian Diaz serves as the Youth Director of the Mission Church. Julian visited the Mission Church for the first time, attending the Young Adult’s ministry. From there, he quickly became a regular attendee of the Mission Church, attending Sunday services and other events. By November of 2023, Julian was baptized and became a member, serving in the Youth Ministry for the next two years. His love for the Word of God and passion to serve the youth became the foundation for his eventual transition from his profession in accounting into becoming the Youth Director in January of 2026. Currently, Julian is in the process of obtaining his credentials with the Assemblies of God to receive the title of “Youth Pastor”. He looks forward to discipling and ministering to the youth and their families.

OUR TEAM

Our team is made up of dedicated leaders, mentors, and volunteers who are committed to supporting and empowering youth at the Mission Church. We work together to provide discipleship, guidance, and opportunities for youth to grow in their walks with Christ, and to be a part of the local Church. With diverse backgrounds and a shared vision, our team strives to create safe, engaging, and uplifting experiences for everyone involved. All leaders are properly background checked and are established members of the Mission Church.
